I have a black and white shot of this bookshop with the door open for business taken about twelve months previously. As I strolled past this particular morning George the owner hadn”t opened up and I was struck by the wonderful colour of the door. Shortly afterwards George appeared and informed me that he”d secured a grant to do the place up, so sadly this beautifully battered edifice is now history.
