The Village

‘The Village’ was a year-long project undertaken during 2019 which documented life in the close-knit community of Llangwm in Pembrokeshire, West Wales.

The Italian novelist Leonardo D’Onofrio wrote in Old Country, ‘Village life gently swirled around them, with the perpetual ebb and flow of people… The village was a living, organic entity, with blood flowing through its veins, and with a definite pulse and heartbeat.’

The project is now to become a book; The Village will be published in November 2021. Below is a selection of images from the hundreds taken.
