Other chapters include Tenby Harbour, the Cleddau Estuary, and a trip to the perennial favourite, the Pembrokeshire Agricultural Show.
Jamie, who currently works at broadcasters TRT World in Turkey, said: “This is the book I have always wanted to write.
“I’ve wanted to work with David for many years and at last we’ve managed it.
“To have spent a year in Pembrokeshire, travelling its lanes with someone who is as passionate as me in capturing its spirit has been a joy.”
David, who lives in Llangwm, said it had been a privilege to work on such an exciting project.
“Jamie and I were truly privileged to meet so many incredible people who let us into their lives. The landscapes were pretty good too!”
Broadcaster Huw Edwards who wrote the foreword to the book said: “Together they have travelled the county, camera and notebook in hand. Their talents combined have produced a hymn of praise to the place they both call home.”
The book is published tomorrow (Friday) by Graffeg.
