Technical Information

I am dedicated to producing work of the highest calibre, both artistically and technically. Great care has been taken to invest in equipment and materials that adhere to the most exacting professional standards.

I use a Canon 1DS MKIII (21.1 megapixel sensor) digital SLR. This camera offers true medium format resolution and is unsurpassed in the 35mm field when it comes to optimum image quality. I use two lenses: a Canon 24-105mm L series lens and a Canon 100-400mm L series lens. These lenses represent the cutting edge in Canon optics. Prints are produced on an Epson Stylus Pro 7880 printer, capable of A1 sized prints and representing the latest in professional printing technology. The pigment-based inks have an estimated longevity of 100 years before any noticeable image change. I print onto cotton-rag and archival matt fine art papers. Each print is signed and given its unique edition number.

Prints are posted in reinforced cardboard tubes, ensuring they arrive at their destination by recorded delivery in perfect condition. Prints are dispatched immediately on confirmation of receipt of payment by debit/credit card or clearance of other payment methods such as personal cheque.
